Ground Turkey Shepherd Pie Recipe

• 2 lbs. grnd turkey (grnd beef also used)
• 4 med. potatoes
• 2 cans cream corn
• 1 med. minced onion
• 1 tbsp. butter

1. Saute/fry onion and meat in skillet, drain and place in bottom of 10 inch casserole.
2. Add in cream corn to second layer.
3. Cover with mashed potatoes.
4. Add in small pats butter topping.
5. Bake at 350 degrees till potatoes form golden brown crust.
