Pesto Crumpets
- 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1 tablespoon basil CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
- 1/4 cup semi- sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 toasted crumpets
- fresh basil leaves, optional, to garnish
- Mix Philly* with pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan and season to taste.
- Spread thickly over each hot crumpet.
- Garnish with torn leaves of basil, if desired.
