Frozen Pina Colada Pie

  1. Place cream cheese, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, sugar and extract in 12-qt.
  2. bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whisk attachment.
  3. Beat on low speed 1 to 2 min.
  4. or until well blended, stopping frequently to scrape side of bowl.
  5. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Pour 3 cups of the cream cheese mixture into each crust.
  7. Freeze at least 3 hours or until firm.
  8. Remove from freezer about 30 min.
  9. before serving to soften slightly.
  10. Store leftover pie in freezer.
