Brandied Sugar Syrup Recipe
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3 c. Water
- 1 whl clove garlic
- 3 Tbsp. Brandy
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine sugar, the water, and clove.
- Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat, stir in brandy, and cold to room temperature.
- Serving Ideas : Pour over Baked Halvah
