Boboli Pizza Recipe
- 1 x Boboli (Italian crust in the shape of pizza pre-made up)
- 1 Tbsp. Pesto sauce
- 24 x sun dry tomatoes
- 1 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack works great)
- Spread the pesto sauce on the boboli.
- Lay the sun dry tomatoes on top (I laid them on paper towels to get some of the excess oil off).
- Cover top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 450 for 10 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
- Cut in diamond shapes, then cut shapes in half to get finger-sized triangles.
- Serve hot.
