Raspberry Meringue Cookies

  1. Beat egg whites and salt until foamy.
  2. Add jello and sugar gradually.
  3. Beat until very stiff.
  4. Mix in vinegar; fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop onto parchment paper.
  6. Bake at 250 for 25 minutes.
  7. Turn off oven and leave cookies in for twenty minutes.
