Quickie Chickie

  1. Spray large skillet with vegetable oil.
  2. Heat pan.
  3. Stir-fry onions, carrots, celery, & garlic 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Add chicken & stir-fry until tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Stir in rest of the ingredients.
  6. Lower heat to simmer & cook another 5 minutes.
