Batter Fried Shrimp Recipe

• 14 x jumbo shrimp, butterflied
• 2 x Large eggs, beaten
• 4 Tbsp. flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 dsh pepper oil for frying

1. Whisk ingredients together.
2. If necessary, add in more flour to make batter less soupy.
3. Coat shrimp with batter and fry.
