Healthy! Tofu Wrapped in Sliced Pork in Sweet and Salty Sauce

  1. After draining the tofu slice into 12~14 baton shaped pieces.
  2. Wrap the tofu tightly with the sliced pork.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in the frying pan and place the pork wrapped tofu in sealed edge down.
  4. Fry both sides.
  5. Pour in the ingredients and cover with a lid to simmer.
  6. As it simmers check the water content of the sauce and turn the wrapped tofu.
  7. When the sauce is reduced and thickened, transfer to a serving plate.
  8. Serve.
