Broccoli Waldorf Salad Recipe
- 1 lrg head of broccoli florets cooked tender, cooled, separated
- 1 lrg red apple unpeeled, minced
- 1 stalk celery minced
- 2 Tbsp. , red onion fine minced
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 c. dark or possibly light raisins
- 1 c. crumbled soft style blue cheese mayonnaise to bind salt and pepper to taste
- These combinations create a delicious salad .
- I used some leftover blue cheese and the salad got raves- at least in my family!
- Combine all the ingredients and just add in sufficient mayonnaise to bind everything.
- Season with salt and pepper and refrigeratewell.
- Best appearance served the same day but delicious a day later too.
