Chocolate-Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until blended.
  3. Add eggs and cinnamon; mix well.
  4. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended after each addition.
  5. Place bread in 8-inch sq.
  6. baking dish; top with chocolate and cream cheese mixture.
  7. Bake 40 to 45 min.
  8. or until centre is set.
  9. Cool slightly.
  10. Refrigerate leftovers.
