Sauteed mushrooms with kale and tofu

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan at medium heat, after equally distributed on the pan add garlic to brown
  2. Sautee sliced mushrooms in pan
  3. Cube firm tofu and add to pan
  4. Take diced tomatoes and chopped kale to pan
  5. Add herbs and spices and continue for a few more minutes
  6. Serve and enjoy
