Sauteed mushrooms with kale and tofu
- 1 packages mushroom
- 1 packages tofu
- 2 cup kale
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 clove minced garlic
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 3 tsp Italian seasoning
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan at medium heat, after equally distributed on the pan add garlic to brown
- Sautee sliced mushrooms in pan
- Cube firm tofu and add to pan
- Take diced tomatoes and chopped kale to pan
- Add herbs and spices and continue for a few more minutes
- Serve and enjoy
