Cheesy Italian Meatloaf

• 1/2 cups Ketchup
• 2 Tablespoons Honey
• 1 pound Lean Ground Beef I Used 93% Lean
• 1/2 pounds Hot Italian Turkey Sausage
• 1/4 cups Italian Breadcrumbs
• 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
• 15 whole Pepperoni Slices, Chopped
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
• 1 whole Egg Pus 1 Egg White
• 4 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Chopped Into 1 Inch Pieces

1. Mix the ketchup and honey in a small bowl.
2. Set aside.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Then form into a loaf shape and place on a baking sheet.
5. Spread the ketchup/honey mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
