Cheesy Italian Meatloaf
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef I Used 93% Lean
- 1/2 pounds Hot Italian Turkey Sausage
- 1/4 cups Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 15 whole Pepperoni Slices, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 whole Egg Pus 1 Egg White
- 4 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Chopped Into 1 Inch Pieces
- Mix the ketchup and honey in a small bowl.
- Set aside.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Then form into a loaf shape and place on a baking sheet.
- Spread the ketchup/honey mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
