Giant Couscous With Roast Chicken, Peas and Broccolini

  1. Cook the mograbieh according to the packet directions.
  2. Cool completely and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Discard the skin off the chicken and shred the meat off the bone.
  4. Add the shredded chicken meat to the bowl and add the peas, broccolini and parsley.
  5. Toss together well.
  6. Add the oil and vinegar and toss again.
  7. Enjoy.
