Chicken and Stuffing Bread
- 1 package yeast, active dry
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 1/4 cups flour, all-purpose bread
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons gluten flour
- 1 1/4 cups stuffing mix instant
- 1 tablespoon onions dried, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 13 cup celery fresh, 1/4 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, canned canned, drained
- 1 each eggs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 13 cup water
- 3/4 cup chicken breasts cooked, diced
- Heat chicken broth and water together.
- Place all ingredients except chicken in pan in the order listed.
- Select white bread setting and press "Start".
- Add chicken at the "beep", just before the end of final kneading.
