Popcorn Crunch Recipe
- 14 c. popped popcorn, plain
- 3 c. Rice Krispies
- 2 c. dry roasted peanuts
- 1 1/2 pound chocolate almond bark
- 3 tbsp. peanut butter
- In a large bowl mix popcorn, cereal, and peanuts.
- In microwave bowl cook almond bark and peanut butter on High 2-3 min or possibly till melted, stirring often.
- Pour chocolate mix over popcorn mix; toss to coat well.
- Spread on cookie sheets that have been sprayed with Pam; cold.
- Break into clusters.
- Store tightly covered.
- Makes 22 c..
- NOTE: Almond bark can also be melted in a double boiler.
