Crockpot Verde Chicken Chili
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans
- 3 cups Verde Salsa
- 1 cup Frozen Corn
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2- 1/2 cups Shredded Chicken, Cooked
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- FOR SERVING (optional):
- Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 1 whole Avocado
- 1 whole Lime, Sliced Into Wedges
- Tortilla Chips
- Add black beans, salsa verde, corn, chicken broth, shredded chicken, and cumin to a crockpot.
- Stir and cook on low for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Optional but highly recommended: serve chili with cilantro leaves, avocado, lime and tortilla chips.
