Garlic Mushroom Toasts

• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/2 teaspoon pureed garlic
• 150g mixed mushrooms
• 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
• 2 thick slices white continental bread
• 40g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese

1. Heat the butter over medium heat in a frypan.
2. Add garlic and mushrooms and saute until mushrooms are cooked through.
3. Stir in the thyme.
4. Toast bread until golden brown.
5. Spread with Philly* and top with garlic mushrooms.
6. Serve.
