Ann's Shopping Trip Beef Stew

  1. In the bottom of a large casserole, spread the stew meat.
  2. In the order listed above, add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook at 250 degrees F for 4 to 5 hours.
  4. Stir after 3 hours.
  5. This can stay in the oven longer until needed, or may be reheated.
  6. Freezes well.
