Vermicelli Salad Recipe
- 16 ounce. vermicelli or possibly thin pasta
- 2 sm. cans minced black onions
- 1 sm. bottle pimento
- 1 pkg. green onions, minced
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 2 tbsp. Cavenders Greek seasoning
- Cook pasta to package instructions.
- Drain and cold.
- In a large mixing bowl mix remaining ingredients till well blended.
- Add in pasta and toss in dressing till coated.
- Chill and refrigeratewell.
- Toss pasta again before serving.
