And Another 1950s Picture Salad: Easter Bunny Salad

• 1 head lettuce
• 8 almonds, no skin
• 2 maraschino cherries
• 8 marshmallows
• 1 (16 ounce) can pear halves, drained

1. Shred the lettuce.
2. Make a bed of lettuce on each plate.
3. Place a pear half in the center of each lettuce bed, round side up.
4. Insert 2 almonds in the narrow end of the pear for the ears.
5. Slice a cherry in half and cut each half into 3 parts.
6. Insert the cherries to look like the eyes and nose of the bunny.
7. Cut marshmallows to look like the tail.
