Slow Cooker Beef Stew

  1. Combine first 12 ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low until meat is tender, about 7 hours.
  3. Add frozen peas.
  4. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth.
  5. Stir into stew.
  6. Cover and cook on high until thickened, about 30 minutes.
  7. Discard bay leaves and serve.
