Scallops En Brochette
- 12 lb scallops
- 4 ounces water chestnuts
- 3 slices bacon, par cooked
- 12 green pepper, chunked
- 12 tomatoes, wedged
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder.
- Alternate other items on a skewer.
- Baste with marinade.
- Broil or barbecue until done.
