Chinese Style Spareribs

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and cook over med heat 5-10 minute.
  2. Pour over the ribs and allow to marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Place ribs on rack and brush with sauce.
  4. Bake at 180C/350F for 45 minutes.
