Lip Smacking Chicken
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup of bacon crumbles
- 1 cup of chedder cheese
- 1 can of Rotel tomatoes, drained
- In a skillet coated with a little extra virgin olive oil brown the chicken on both sides and until fully cooked.
- On a baking sheet place the chicken breasts and top with the bbq sauce, the drained rotel tomatoes, cheese, and bacon crumbles.
- Bake in a 350F oven until everything is warm and melted.
- I adapted this from a pinterest recipe I found.
- If your chicken is thick I would butterfly them.
- And as a time saver you can use the bagged real bacon bits.
