Lip Smacking Chicken

  1. In a skillet coated with a little extra virgin olive oil brown the chicken on both sides and until fully cooked.
  2. On a baking sheet place the chicken breasts and top with the bbq sauce, the drained rotel tomatoes, cheese, and bacon crumbles.
  3. Bake in a 350F oven until everything is warm and melted.
  4. I adapted this from a pinterest recipe I found.
  5. If your chicken is thick I would butterfly them.
  6. And as a time saver you can use the bagged real bacon bits.
