Gummy Fruit Chews!
- 2 cups White Sugar
- 2 boxes Your Favorite Jello Flavor (three Oz Boxes)
- 1-13 cup Applesauce (unsweetened)
- 2 envelopes Unflavored Gelatin, 0.25 Ounce Packets
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1.
- Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
- 2.
- In a saucepan (not on the heat yet), combine all ingredients and let the mixture stand for 1 minute.
- 3.
- Then bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 2 minutes.
- 4.
- Immediately pour into your prepared pan.
- 5.
- Allow to cool for at least 3 hours in fridge.
- 6.
- Remove it from the pan onto a cutting board.
- 7.
- Using cookie cutters, or just a knife dipped in hot water cut the gum drops into desired shapes.
- 8.
- Store in an airtight container!
- Consume in 1 week!
