Cajun Creole Recipe
- 1 x Onion,minced,med
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 x Green pepper, minced
- 1 x Celery stalk, minced
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 6 ounce Tomato paste
- 2 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Triple Sec
- 2 c. Shrimp, not cooked
- Heat margarine, add in onion, green pepper and celery.
- Saute/fry till tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, except shrimp.
- Cook over low heat for 20 min.
- Add in shrimp and cook for an additional 10 min.
- Serve over rice.
