Chinese Pork Ribs
- 1 cup Hoisin Sauce (I Prefer Soy Vay)
- 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Ginger, Peeled And Finely Grated
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, Pressed
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 racks Baby Back Pork Ribs (approx. 4 Lbs.)
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
- Separate the ribs and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Combine the Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and vegetable oil in a medium bowl.
- Pour mixture over the ribs and cover the dish with foil.
- Bake for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, basting and turning the ribs halfway through baking time.
