Chinese Pork Ribs

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Separate the ribs and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  3. Combine the Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and vegetable oil in a medium bowl.
  4. Pour mixture over the ribs and cover the dish with foil.
  5. Bake for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, basting and turning the ribs halfway through baking time.
