Lemon-Herb Salmon

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, thyme, lemon peel and salt; mix well.
  2. Add 4 tablespoons butter and toss lightly to coat; set aside.
  3. Pat salmon dry.
  4. Place skin side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Brush with remaining butter; cover with crumb mixture.
  6. Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
