Butter Beef
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 1 lb beef steak, cut into bite size pieces
- 12 bell pepper
- 1 cup basil
- mushroom, can substitute with other vegetables of your choice- cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cups bok choy
- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt
- 1 dash milk
- black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Heat oil and butter in pan.
- Add garlic and bell pepper once pan is hot.
- Cook till garlic is a light yellow color and smell of garlic is in the air.
- Add Beef, mushrooms, and oyster sauce stir-fry till beef is mostly cooked.
- Add milk, soy sauce, and bok choy, stir-fry till bok choy is cooked.
- Add flour, sprinkling all over pan evenly.
- Stir until liquid starts to thicken and meat is fully cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with hot white rice and for best results put liquid from stir-fry over your rice.
