Schweines Mit Bodabire and Aepfel

• 500 grams pork
• 1 each onions
• 2 Cloves garlic
• 1/2 each turnip yellow, or carrot
• 2 tablespoons lard
• 2 tablespoons water
• 300 grams potatoes raw
• 3 each apples tart

1. Brown the pork and then cook it to the point of where it is half done.
2. Cut into slices, add the diced potatoes as well as the peeled and diced apples, and stew in its own juices.
3. Add a little water whenever required.
