Best Chess Pie Recipe
- 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornmeal
- 2 tbsp. plain flour
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can Milnot
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Mix sugar, cornmeal, flour, yolks and egg well.
- Add in butter and Milnot.
- Blend.
- Add in vanilla and vinegar.
- Mix well.
- Pour into crust (9 inch deep dish).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 min.
