Mustard & Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops

  1. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  2. Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan until sizzling; add garlic.
  3. Cook 1 minute over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Whisk in all remaining glaze ingredients.
  5. Place pork chops onto grill.
  6. Grill, turning once, 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145F and pork is tender.
  7. Brush pork chops with glaze during last 5 minutes of cooking.
  8. Cook remaining glaze over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
  9. Serve pork chops with heated glaze.
  10. *Substitute 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate.
