Lemon Pepper Thyme Rub for Steaks and Burgers

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a large spoon, removing all lumps.
  2. Apply generously to steaks or burgers.
  3. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours before grilling.
  4. Stores for 3 to 6 months.
  5. Makes 5/8 cups.
  6. Store in covered glass container.
