Cheesy Mini Meatloaf

• 2 slice Cheddar cheese
• 1 tsp bread crumbs
• 1 cup meatloaf (pls refer to my basic onion meatball)
• 2 tbsp thousand island sauce

1. FOR THE MEATLOAF LG BASIC ONION MEATBALL PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHMENTS BELOW
2. mix well the basic onion meatball with the bread crumbs and make into round burger shape
3. bake at 200 C for 30 minute then turn to low heat top 1 piece of Cheddar cheese and let it melt first
4. then top 2nd layer and let it melt again then serve
5. cut up into halve then quarter then 1/8 great and tasty mini fingerfood
