Double Chocolate Granola Bars
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cups Melted Butter
- 1 bar Dark Or Semi-sweet Chocolate - 4oz., Melted (used Baker's Chocolate)
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 Oz)
- 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Chopped Nuts (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together oats and melted butter.
- Pour in melted chocolate and milk, stir well.
- Stir in white chocolate chips.
- On a well-greased 9x13 cookie sheet, evenly spread the granola mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the brown on top.
- Remove from the oven, and immediately cut into bars.
- Let the bars completely cool in the cookie sheet before removing.
- Granola bars can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
