Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin
- 2 cups Hot Water, From Tap Or Boiled, Whichever You Prefer
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 13 cups White Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon BBQ Sauce
- 2 pounds Whole Pork Tenderloin
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Mix the first 3 ingredients in a baking dish (one that is big enough to hold the tenderloin) until dissolved.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients except for the pork tenderloin.
- Mix well.
- Add the pork tenderloin.
- Cover the dish with a sheet of foil.
- Bake for 1.5 hours.
- Take out the tenderloin, and place it on a cutting board.
- Thinly slice the tenderloin and place it back in the sauce.
- Serve the tenderloin with the sauce over top.
