Oh My Goodness! Yummy Very Low Cal Chocolate Cupcakes!

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. beat egg whites and cream of tarter while slowly adding Splenda, vanilla, and salt.
  3. In another bowl sift the rest of the dry ingredients.
  4. Slowly add dry ingredients into the egg whites (it will become runny but that is ok).
  5. Pour into 6 muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
