Pimm's Cup

• Ice
• 2 ounces Pimms No. 1 (gin-based aperitif)
• 4 ounces chilled bitter lemon soda (See Note)
• 1 lemon wedge, 1 apple slice and 1 cucumber spear, for garnish

1. Fill a chilled collins glass with ice.
2. Add the Pimms and lemon soda and stir well.
3. Garnish with the lemon wedge, apple slice and cucumber spear.
