Dark Chocolate Granola Bars
- 14 cup Splenda granular
- 14 cup molasses
- 14 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon fat-free evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon allspice
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 12 cups crisp rice cereal
- 13 cup dark chocolate chips
- 14 cup dried cranberries
- 14 cup chopped walnuts
- Combine first 7 ingredients.
- Combine next 4 ingredients; add to sugar mixture.
- Add remaining ingredients and press into a 13x9-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
- Score surface with shallow cuts to make 24 bars.
- Cool on wire rack.
