Microwave Mint Chocolate Fudge Recipe
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 can (5 1/3 ounce.) evaporated lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 pkg. (12 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 jar (7 ounce.) marshmallow cream
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- In 3 qt casserole dish combine sugar, evaporated lowfat milk and butter.
- Microwave at 7 for 12 min, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in chips till melted.
- Add in marshmallow cream and peppermint extract, beating till blended.
- Pour into buttered 12 x 8 inch baking dish.
- Refrigeratetill set.
- Cut into squares.
- Makes 3 pounds.
