Microwave Mint Chocolate Fudge Recipe

  1. In 3 qt casserole dish combine sugar, evaporated lowfat milk and butter.
  2. Microwave at 7 for 12 min, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in chips till melted.
  4. Add in marshmallow cream and peppermint extract, beating till blended.
  5. Pour into buttered 12 x 8 inch baking dish.
  6. Refrigeratetill set.
  7. Cut into squares.
  8. Makes 3 pounds.
