German Potato Soup

• 12 potatoes, diced
• 6 carrots, diced
• 1 cup celery, chopped
• 4 teaspoons beef bouillon
• 1 (16 ounce) package smoked sausage, diced

1. fill pan 1/2 way with water, bring to boil.
2. add carrots and celery, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
3. add potatoes, cover and cook for 10 minutes, make sure there is enough water to cover potatoes.
4. add meat and cook uncovered for 20 minutes.
