German Potato Soup
- 12 potatoes, diced
- 6 carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 4 teaspoons beef bouillon
- 1 (16 ounce) package smoked sausage, diced
- fill pan 1/2 way with water, bring to boil.
- add carrots and celery, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- add potatoes, cover and cook for 10 minutes, make sure there is enough water to cover potatoes.
- add meat and cook uncovered for 20 minutes.
