Southern fried livers n gizzard w/garden green onion pot wedges
- 1 lb ckn livers
- 1 lb ckn gizzards
- 2 cup flour
- 2 tbsp garlic pwdr
- 2 tbsp onion pwdr
- 1 tbsp blk pepper
- 1 tsp accent
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp lawrys seas
- 2 cup oil of choice
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 envelope garden green onion dip mix
- rinse livers n gizzard n drain
- coat with flour
- shake excess flour
- heat oil n cast iron skillet on Med high heat
- fry 5 mins on each side.
- scrub potatoes as is
- cut potatoes in wedges
- parbroil wedges for 5 min
- drain and fry n oil for 8 mins
