Microwaved Gorgonzola Garlic Chicken
- 130 grams Chicken thigh
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Canned tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 Black pepper
- Cut the chicken on the diagonal, and lightly rub in the salt, grated garlic, and olive oil.
- Cut the parchment paper into a square and place the canned tomatoes in the center.
- Place the chicken on top of the tomatoes and sprinkle with pieces of Gorgonzola cheese.
- Sprinkle black pepper on top.
- Bring the front and back corners together and twist both ends several times.
- Place onto a heat-resistant plate and microwave for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes.
- When done, keep it in the parchment paper and place it on a plate to serve.
- As seen in the back of the photo, I turned this into a pasta sauce.
- If using it as a pasta sauce, it tastes great if you use a little extra Gorgonzola cheese, or add Parmesan cheese.
