Green beans with jalapeno, sausage and eggs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 grams sausage bulk
- 15 1/2 oz Italian cut green beans
- 1/3 cup pickled jalapeno peppers sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan.
- Beat your eggs.
- Scramble the eggs in the butter set to the side.
- Brown the sausage, add jalapenos.
- Drain the green beans add to the sausage and jalapenos.
- When you have cooked it all for 2 minutes add the last tablespoon of butter.
- Put on a plate make a crater in the center and fill the crater with eggs.
- Serve hope you enjoy!
