Mac & Cheese Stuffing 'n' Broccoli Pie

• 1 pkg. (7.25 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
• 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package.
3. Beat eggs in medium bowl.
4. Add stuffing mix, broccoli and Dinner; mix lightly.
5. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; top with shredded cheese.
6. Bake 25 min.
7. or until macaroni mixture is set in center and top is golden brown.
