TEQUILA SHRIMPS

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the tequila and season with salt and chili powder.
  5. Simmer until the liquid has evaporated, about 3 minutes.
  6. Place shrimp on a plate and garnish with cilantro.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
