Crunchy Buttermilk Coleslaw

  1. In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, carrots and snow peas.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, salt, brown sugar, vinegar and ginger until smooth.
  3. Pour dressing over slaw and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
