Cheesy Tuna Pies

  1. Cut crusts off bread and press each slice into 12 lightly greased 1/2 cup capacity muffin pans.
  2. Combine cheese spread and milk in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and add egg, tuna, corn, spring onions, lemon juice, parsley and pepper.
  4. Spoon the filling into the bread cases and bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
