Cheesy Tuna Pies
- 12 slices fresh wholemeal bread
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 185g can tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- pepper, to taste
- Cut crusts off bread and press each slice into 12 lightly greased 1/2 cup capacity muffin pans.
- Combine cheese spread and milk in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add egg, tuna, corn, spring onions, lemon juice, parsley and pepper.
- Spoon the filling into the bread cases and bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
