Thai Style Dip
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon birdseye chillies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped lemon grass Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 fresh kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- Heat oil in a small saucepan over a medium heat and cook onion and garlic 5 minutes or until softened.
- Stir in chilli, ginger, lemon grass, lime leaf and coriander and cook a further 2-3 minutes over a medium-low heat until fragrant.
- Add Philly*, peanut butter, coconut milk and lime juice.
- Stir over a low heat until smooth.
- Chill.
- Serve with a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce.
